Is there a walk through for installing Mono on Ubuntu 13.04 and getting a
MVC4 app running with Apache and MySQL. I can't find any complete guides.
All I can find are guides that are years old that deal with asp.net 1 or 2
not 4 which is what I am working with.

right now I am trying to use these packages
https://www.meebey.net/posts/mono_3.0_preview_debian_ubuntu_packages/ but
without success. My app won't run I just get a directory listing of the
files instead.

Is nobody tasked with maintaining tutorials on this project? everything I
find is either from a 3rd party, completely out dated, or complete wrong.
Also if 2.12 is the Latest Stable release then why aren't there any packages
available for it? or is 3.2 the latest stable release? either way there
aren't official packages available for it which is ridiculous.
