[Mono-aspnet-list] Integration of RTM aspnetwebstack bits

Could someone with write access to mono/mono and mono/aspnetwebstack please
update to the RTM version of Microsoft's aspnetwebstack repository? I have
done this locally in my checkout, but since it involves a submodule I wasn't
sure how to do a proper pull request for it (my git fu isn't advanced
enough).

I used revision f276aa28c436 (the latest from the v2-rtm branch, which is
tagged v2-rtm-webmatrix) from codeplex. I had to update several projects and
.sources files to get it to build due to changes since the last pull from
codeplex. Since I don't have this in a pull request I put the diff on a
pastebin at http://pastebin.com/uFSbwKrk.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help move this forward.
