[Mono-aspnet-list] mod-mono-server4 not working with 2.11.3 (cfi)

Hi,

I am still using mod_mono 2.10 as there is no newer version available - even
in the git-repo.
But I read about other people using 2.11 and ASP.NET so there should be a
way to get it working...
