[Mono-aspnet-list] ASP.NET how to install System.DirectoryServices.Protocols

Hi,

I am trying to run a Windows ASP.NET web application on Mono-Ubuntu Server.
I get an error message of

"Could not load file or assembly 'System.DirectoryServices.Protocols,
Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=B03F5F7F11D50A3A' or one of
its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

When I try to add the DLL using gacutil -i, I get a message of 

"Failure adding assembly /home/ubuntu/System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.dll
to the cache: Strong name cannot be verified for delay-signed assembly"

I made a search on the internet but could not find any proper answer how to
do it. Anybody can give me an answer which is clear enough to understand?
