[Mono-aspnet-list] mod_mono restart graceful?

I've set mod_mono to restart after 3hrs, is the restart graceful? I
really don't care about the session being reset but if the restart is
a kill that could say kill the process when a file is being processed
then that wouldn't be ideal.

I tried googling but didn't get any information on the how the restart
is actually performed.

I'm hoping the restart is very similar to what IIS does, where a new
process gets created and the old process remains until all requests
are served.
