[Mono-aspnet-list] How to find out of memory errors or other cause of 500 server error

MVC2 application is running under Debian with Mono 2.10 + mod_mono  using 
Parallels Desktop
Virtual Maschine has 256 KB of RAM.

If c# application creates big PDF files, 500 error page is returned to 
browser.

How to find reason of this error ? How to enable logging for this ?

Parallels desktop resource alert shows warning in this case :

Resource counter_memory_share_used red alert on environment

If memory is temporary increased to 1.25 GB
500 error does not occur. So it seems to be memory related

apache error.log contains huge number of lines
