[Mono-aspnet-list] url rewrite module ~/ path

Hi
Im developing a eshop in mono and want to use url rewrite it works with xps
but when moving to apache it didn't work for me so I used apche's mod
rewrite and it works fine except for the loginstatus

in general using ~/ path doesnt work in Hyperlinks

am I doing something wrong?
