[Mono-aspnet-list] Web Service Call Fails

So I did (on the server) 

certmgr -ssl http://www.sandbox.paypal.com

It said it imported three certificates, in spite of invalid signature
warnings. It still does not work, same timeout as before.

Is there anything else I need to do? What certificate 'store' did it import
into?
