[Mono-aspnet-list] native dll denied

i am trying to build in monodevelop including .dll from National instruments 
 (nationalintruments.daqmx.dll, nationalintruments.common.dll,
nationalintruments.common.native, dll);

Build failed. Access to the path
'C:\unity\VR_02_NI\Temp\bin\Debug\NationalInstruments.Common.Native.dll' is
denied.

Anyone know how to add a native dll and the library (in csharp)?
