[Mono-aspnet-list] Working on team with guys using VS2010

I'm curious what problems I might run into if I develop an ASP.Net MVC3 app
on a Mac with Monodevelop (using a VM for SQL Server) on a team with guys
using Visual Studio 2010.  Would the mix of MonoDevelop and VS2010 cause
problems?  

Our stack is ASP.Net MVC3, EF4.1, Ninject, NLog, Moq, and NUnit.  

We are currently deploying to AppHarbor and SQL Azure, but will switch to
Azure web hosting once our development cycle slows down or our traffic picks
up.

I have access to a full Visual Studio 2010 / SQL Server development VM on an
iMac if I need to, but I tend to do most of my development on my Macbook. 
Since I do a fair amount of iOS development, too, I'm in a painful spot
right caught between two operating systems.
