[Mono-aspnet-list] MySQL Connector - Assembly Name invalid

MySql .NET Connetor 6.3.6 running with 4.0 runtime is the one I have working
in production. 

I tried updating the DLL a couple of months ago and had exactly the problem
you describe so rolled it back. 

Not bothered to try again since as everything seems to work fine (although I
use my own simple data access layer which doesn't use anything advanced,
just calls stored procs).
