[Mono-aspnet-list] Mod_mono 2.10 server won't start

[insert tail between legs]   I think I must have run XSP as root (or maybe
mod-mono) by root by hand and it created (and didn't remove) the mod-mono
files in /tmp.  Once I cleaned /tmp everything started up.  Great way to
waste 6 hours.
