[Mono-aspnet-list] issues with intermittent apache hangups

We are in the process of trying to build a test case that will reliably
trigger the bug! But considering that the system we're developing can
sometimes run continuously for days without this issue occurring, finding
the exact cause is likely to be very difficult.
