[Mono-aspnet-list] Web.config transformations

Thanks. Looks like Web.config transformations are not what I needed.
I was trying to solve the problem of storing sensitive data while maintaining a public repository for the code.
I ended up adding a <appSettings file="appSettings.config" /> section to my Web.config and then putting appSettings.config in .gitignore.
