[Mono-aspnet-list] C#. .NET 4.0 in over my head?

hello, I am probably in over my head but I am still going to try :)  there is
a flight sim that uses C# to program scripts with triggers to change
variables on real time servers  but there is no GUI and most of us dont know
C# :(  but i did find MONO  (linux user) and was wondering  can MONO be used
to make a windows based GUI  for the aforementioned C# scripting language
and is the learning curve to steep for someone with no programing language .
