[Mono-aspnet-list] How to disable SSL Medium Strength Cipher Suites

I need to know how to disable SSL Medium Strength Cipher Suites and weak
cipher suites on xsp in Ubuntu 8.04.

We use xsp2 directly, no apache, or anything like that.
