[Mono-aspnet-list] Native compilation

I have been trying to get Mono applications to run on Dreamhost yet i
continue to run into problems.

My idea is that if i can run Mono apps on there, then i can add FastCGI to
them and run C# web apps.

Have anyone tried this and had any luck? Once i have "hello world" working
on the console i would be able to take it from there, but I am yet to get
that far.
