[Mono-aspnet-list] MVC 3 - Error on first site hit

OK - when I remove MWI DLL, now it can't find
System.Web.WebPages.Deployment.  I remember running into that one earlier in
my attempts to get this going, before I found Scott's blog post.  Should
that be in the GAC?
