Variant just to copy entire directory tree with compiled source isn't
acceptable?

I'm new to Linux so can't give a proven advice. If this isn't acceptable

I have done a build from svn. How do I proceed to create the rpm package for
distribution in different system. I know that we can create rpm from
tarballs but can we do that from svn builds?

In addition, the tarball for mono-2.4.3 is avalable only for r142439 and not
for the latest, Ho shall I proceed?

Do I need to post this in a different forum like mono-dev?
