[Mono-aspnet-list] MonoDevelop 2.2 ASP.NET MVC: "The type or namespace name `Mvc' does not exist in the namespace `System.Web'."

I am getting this strange error when trying to build a brand new clean MVC
app:
/home/tonci/Projects/w1/w1/Controllers/HomeController.cs(18,18): Error
CS0234: The type or namespace name `Mvc' does not exist in the namespace
`System.Web'. Are you missing an assembly reference? (CS0234) (w1)

HUH?
