Thanks for the quick reply.

My concern is how to get it working since we know that Mono does infact work
with windows on a apache web server.  

FYI:  Our client is adamant about using Apache as their web server, so we
have to make our ASP.NET coding work on apache.

If anyone has a solution please feel free to chime in.
