[Mono-aspnet-list] All pages recompile after apache restart

Hi All,

This is probably an obvious one, but bear with me.

I recently upgraded the mono installation on my server from 1.1 to 2.4 (on
Ubuntu 10.04).  Previously, pages would take 10 seconds to compile the first
time they were accessed and thereafter would appear instantly, even after
mono/apache/system restarts.

Since the upgrade, I can access a page (wait while it compiles) reaccess it
(it is now instant) restart apache, and it is then it seems to need to
compile again.  This is slowing everything down a great deal, as the server
restarts nightly.  Any ideas how to avoid this behavior?  I have set
debug="false" as I thought that this might help, but to no avail.
