[Mono-aspnet-list] How can I use Korean in ASP page?

I want to use Korean in *.aspx page.
Like this. "<% Response.Write("한글 문자열 테스트"); %>"

I changed the encoding configuration, but it's not solved.
I tried to use UTF-8 or EUC-KR it didn't work.

Please help me!
