[Mono-aspnet-list] XSP copyright notice is out of date

How about to change this notice?

First, remove copyright sign duplicate.

Second, update year. 

 

-- or remove it completely:

no one Mono tool or MD tool doesn't contain such notice.

Am I wrong?
