Hi *,
For all who have Problems with DevExpress:
I tried DevExpress with many mono self compiled builds and in the end i
found following out:
on my Fedora 12 and CentOS 5.4 Boxes it runs with following versions:
- mono 2.4.3 and mono 2.4.3.1
- DevExpress 8.3.2!!!!!!!
- System.Web.Extensions V: 1.0.61025.0!!!!
It seems that DevExpress changed something during the design and compile
time of their controls and the mono team didn't implemented the
System.Web.Extensions V 3.5.0.0 correctly.
If I use only the newer System.Web.Extensions assembly I get the same Error
described in my earlier post.
No newer version of DevExpress is running on any mono version > 1.9.
Hope that helps!
Have fun and take care!
Tobi
