[Mono-aspnet-list] ASP.Net Web Service/mod_mono: Type Load Exception

Scratch that. For some reason restarting httpd fixed the issue.  I thought
originally it had something to do with the runtime version OR the fact that
this is a machine running RedHat ES5 64-bit.
