I'll try. System.Web.RegularExpressions.dll does not exist in
Mono. If you look at the docs [1] you'll find out why: it
is an artifact of MS.NET's ASP.NET implementation. Maybe
the assembly is shared between ASP.NET and some other designer
assembly...

My local MS.NET 3.5 docs don't mention this assembly as being
"infrastructure", though. Still, I don't believe it will be
implemented in Mono anytime soon.
