[Mono-aspnet-list] Bug in asp:bulletedList?

I'd like to add some additional information...

I changed the asp:bulletedList control from DisplayMode"HyperLink" to
"LinkButton" and added a handler in my codebehind for the OnClick event.

No matter how I use the Replace() method I can not remove the prepending
slash in the URL.
