[Mono-aspnet-list] Copied web service not behaving same way as original

Yes, the version of Mono/xsp/mod_mono on both servers are identical
(2.4.3 for Mono and xsp, 2.4.2 for mod_mono). Believe me that was the
first thing I checked! :)
