[Mono-aspnet-list] Help in XSP2.4 installation

Hi guys im still new on using linux.... i have already downloaded the xsp 2.4
and my problem is how would i install it to my ubuntu and if there is some
needed configuration please help me...?? please help i could not use the
repository because i have no internet at home please help me
