[Mono-aspnet-list] can't load log4net.dll as projectreference

Hi,

i am trying to make a reference to log4net.dll (dll-file is in a subfolder
of that project) in my project. Assembly Browser for this project.dll says
"can't load log4net.dll"

i don't know what i am doing wrong, can you help me?

MonoDevelop 2.1.0 (svn-trunk)
subproject: Net 3.5
Linux Ubuntu 2.6.28-11-generic
log4net 1.2.10
