[Mono-aspnet-list] Load ASCX user control dynamically...

I am trying to use LoadControl to load my ascx page and I am receiving this
exception:

System.Reflection.AmbiguousMatchException: Ambiguous matching in method
resolution

This code works correctly on my windows machine running .NET, but get that
exception running MONO on openSuse.
