[Mono-aspnet-list] Telerik Radgrid's Pager not working with Mono ASP.NET

Please file a bug report (http://www.mono-project.com/Bugs, the System.Web component) and attach to
it a self-contained test case (no need to attach Telerik assemblies). It is most likely a bug in
Mono introduced after we tested Telerik controls.
