I gave you a link where you can get the compiled version of mod_mono.so for
windows. You dont have to compile it yourself in windows. 
http://anmar.eu.org/mono/mod_mono/ Here  is the link to it, again! Just
click on the link that says "Binary version for the above". It will download
a zip file. Un-zip it and you will get the mod_mono.so compiled version for
windows.
