[Mono-aspnet-list] Input String was not in the correct format

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I have not changed the locale of the website since it was working, to where
it is now, i.e. not working.  My Locale is UK.

I still believe that this is a problem with the Mono installation, rather
than anything in the code, as the Code was working.  Is there anyway to
confirm the Mono and libgdiplus are currently communicating correctly?
