[Mono-aspnet-list] ActionNameAttribute not working

I also noticed it was not an included fix in the 2.4.2.3 release. It is
fixed in the 2.4 branch when you download the source though. It worked
when
I downloaded the latest source from the 2.4 branch on 2009-07-17 as well
as
the branch yesterday (2009-08-06.)
