[Mono-aspnet-list] The imported type 'ASP.default_asp' is defined multiple times

I checked this and default.aspx is a stub i.e it only contains the text you
mentioned.

Under my /srv/www/MonoTest directory I have default.aspx, web.config,
precompileApp.config and a Bin folder containing three ambiguously named
App_Web_xxxxx.dll's and default.aspxcab7d2.compiled file.

I have deployed many ASP.NET sites previously on Windows but this is my
first deployment with Mono so I may be making a trivial mistake. Any
additional suggestions would be appreciated as I am determined to get my
application running on Mono and Linux. Thanks.
