Assuming this is apache, they need to configure the server to host the 
application at
http://yourservername.com/venangotest

Alternatively, if you can't control this, and your application is hosted 
at a different URL, for instance:
http://yourservername.com/awesomeapp

You need to precompile your application to that virtual path:
aspnet_compiler -v /awesomeapp c:\stage0430

(Also, note the direction of the slash ( / ) in the virtual path, I 
haven't tried backslash, so I don't know if it makes a difference, but 
forward slash is the correct path separator.
