[Mono-aspnet-list] Apache ASP.Net with mod_fastcgi setup over .htaccess

Hi all,

How can I configure a .htaccess file to run fastcgi-mono-server2 on a shared
host and serve Asp.Net with Mono?

The server is a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.0 (UOL Host service). I've
installed Mono/XSP on my user account, using Suse Linux rpm packages (just
unpacking and setting up the environment PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH ...). Calling
xsp2 I culd run a simple hello world site compiled on Visual Web Developer
2008 (no recompilation need!).

I'm now trying to setup the fastcgi on the server, but no success. Only
found fastcgi configurations for lighthttpd and cherokee. Any tips for
setting up it on Apache, trough an htaccess file will be very usefull.
