[Mono-announce-list] Announcing the release of Mono 2.6.3

This week we released Mono 2.6.3, a bugfix release in the 2.6.x series
containing more than 100 bugfixes.

This release includes updated LiveCD and VM Appliance images including
some applications not included before such as Pinta[0] and KeePass[1].
