* Mono meeting agenda.

	The First Mono Developer Meeting in Cambridge Massachusetts.

	Who:

		The focus of this meeting is on the development of
		Mono: architecture, development process, practices,
		roadmap, tasks remaining to be done and areas for
		contribution for new developers.

		Anyone interested in meeting the Novell Mono team and
		interested in Mono, C#, Gtk#, ASP.NET on Unix,
		Dashboard and other related technologies.

		This is the first time that the Mono team will meet
		face to face, and it is a historical opportunity to
		meet the whole group.

		We prefer if you let us know that you are coming or
		planning on coming, so we can make food and coffee
		arrangements for everyone.

	When:

		Friday 5th and Saturday 6th of March 2004.

	8am  	Breakfast with the Mono Developers and Users.
	     	
	10am  	Introduction to the meeting and Mono Project Introduction.

		Introduction to the project, its structure, the contributors.

		Presentation of the Mono developers in the room.

		How is Mono being used at Novell.
	     	
	11am 	Mono Project State: Mono and its Roadmap.

		Presentation on the State of Mono today, and the
		strategy that we are following to deliver Mono 1.0 and 1.2
	     	
	noon 	Lunch
	     	
	2pm  	ASP.NET WebForms and Web Services: status and future work.

	3pm  	break: talk to developers.
	     	
	4pm  	Workshop: Developing Linux Desktop applications with
	  	Gtk#
	     	
	6pm  	Adjourn for the day: break out in groups for dinner.

* Saturday:

	8am     breakfast, breakout work, talk to the developers.

	11am    Work-in-Progress session

		People who come to the meeting present what they are
		doing with Mono.

	1pm     Lunch break.

	2pm 	Mono Challenges and Future Directions.

	3pm     Introduction to developing Linux applications with the
		MonoDevelop IDE.
		
	5pm	Adjourn, break out to local restaurants.
