[Gtk-sharp-list] Digital certificate error

Hi, I'm having a problem using digital certificate in my application.
When upgrading the mono-complete to version 4.8 when trying to use digital
certificate to transmit an xml file to a webservice the program returns an
error:

Error: SecureChannelFailure (Ssl error: 100000f0: SSL routines:
OPENSSL_internal: UNSUPPORTED_PROTOCOL)

Someone could help me how I can solve. Given that in version 4.6 the mono
functioned normally.
