[Gtk-sharp-list] MSBuild + GTK = fail

Using MSBuild engine is enabled by default in new projects, as far as I
understand.
Unfortunately, it breaks GTK# functionality in my projects, saying the name
"Gtk" does not exist in the current context. Disabling MSBuild successfully
solve the problem.
