[Gtk-sharp-list] How change the color of some sub-menus in gtk sharp?

Hi,
I want to change the interface of an open source software (Pinta) written in GTK#. and I need to change the background or foreground of some of sub-menus of the software. But I can not find any way for doing it. Would you please tell me how I can do this job?
