[Gtk-sharp-list] Missing stock icons

Hi, all,

I think that the stock items are deprecated in Gtk+3, that's why I'm
confused on whether this was a deliberate move to already discard that
icons, or it was something accidental.

It will be a pitty to not be able to rely on them. I hope the Gtk guys give
a step back about this. There are lots of applications relying on these
icons!
