[Gtk-sharp-list] GTK#3 final release date already planned?

Hello everybody,

I'm currently working on an audiobinding for my .Net/Mono application.
Since gstreamer-0.99.x needs GTK#3, I would like to know, if there is a
final release of GTK#3 already planned? Will this take place this year?
And when will there be test versions also for windows?
