I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Gtk# is a wrapper around
GTK+, so it should offer the same feature.
Keep in mind that CSS styling is a feature of GTK+ 3, so it's only
available in the Gtk# 2.99.x beta releases.
 
If you want to see an example of custom CSS styling, you can take a
look at SparkleShare:
