[Gtk-sharp-list] GTK# for .Net 64 bit Installer

I've been seeking out an installer for a 64 bit version of the GTK# for
.Net without much luck. There seems to be no official installer available
for download from the mono/xamarin sites. I also tried for a few hours to
compile my own, without a lot of success. The last mention of this I can
find online comes from this mailing list back in 2008-2009. Here's an

None of the links in that thread work and many of the participants don't
even seem to be online or active in the project any longer.

So I'm a bit stuck.

Does anyone out there have a 64 bit installer they could share with me? Or
pointers on getting the project to compile on .Net/Windows?
