[Gtk-sharp-list] Input Methods in GTK# + Windows

I've created a bug report:

Our GTK# application have to support Chinese within 3 weeks, so this issue
has blocker priority for us. We sent an e-mail to mono at xamarin.com for
quotation, but no response arrived yet.
