[Gtk-sharp-list] Secondary IRC channel opened up.

Mirror bot is active under nickname |] on both networks; it has some  
serious bugs but it will do till I get some time to address them, notable:

<|[> daemon any suggestions are welcome, and it won't reconnect if it gets  
disconnected ... won't change nickname if someone steals |] and ... a huge  
heap of other crap I just literally hacked it together in 5 minutes I will  
deal with any problems as they crop up .. and after I move house ofc :)
